Clinic Description:
This clinic will provide an understanding for each player of body positioning and basic Powerskating fundamentals. Some of the techniques learned in this clinic are extremely important for a young player to practice. These basic movements are the foundation for more advanced movements later on. At the younger ages proper skating foundation leads to more control and what I term as “smooth power” later on. I have used these basic movements with my students now for many years, almost always, my players have a noticeable edge in the skating department later on.
